23" around band
Worked really hard on this one! And I think it turned out great ^-^
It is in fact very black....but the lighting makes it look gray. Except for in the one picture.
The foam head is very small....like, I think he has a 19" head....so the hat looks huge XD but its really not.
Hope she likes it ^-^
