Cat hat pattern

There has been a recent flare of interest in my cat hat tutorial I made a while ago....but it is terribly confusing and I feel bad for anyone who has looked at it

So I made a quick simple thing to explain how to make your own pattern. I figure it is so popular because a lot of people will be making them for christmas. :3

Steps:
1) Draw out the pattern. Follow the measurements above. This should fit most people's heads if you use fleece (stetches, and is the average head size). You can alter it though by adding extra inches to the measurements listed.

2)Start sewing! Follow the squiggles that are the same colour and sew them together. Remember, if you are sewing on ears to place the ear piece between the two pieces of fabric you plan to sew together for the top of the hat.

3) Hem the bottom of the hat.

4) Add the extras! Eyes! Whiskers! Tails! Be creative! :3

5) Upload it on DA.
